B, C为什么不对？？？

选项必须是顾客考虑user-friendliness前，先要考虑的问题（logically prior issue ）。C本来就是user-friendliness，当然不是user-friendliness之前要考虑的问题。故C错。B的那句话好像有错。请再查实。

作题的时候也考虑到了，不过没这么精辟。
