但C為何不對既然其他種類的米並非高產量的話就必須進口米了呀
E也很對只有稻米達可滿足國內的供需平衡所以人口增多的話供需就失衡就必須進口了呀

同学，如果你要认真思考一下，就会发现，C里的none和E里的other than 都是非常致命的错误标志，从意思上来讲，C里说的不是高质量，是高产量，产量不高是既成事实，是已经说的了的，所以C等于重复原文；E说的是除了rice以外的作物，这和原文没有关系，原文就是说rice，并且选项里还说的是in balance，就更扯了。
A说的是人均消费不会下降，如果人均消费下降那么假设人均消费为M，人数为n,总量为R=M*n，M下降很多时，n上升很少时，R会下降，所以原文就矛盾了，因此必须保证人均不会下降

题目既然这么说了：Teruvia’s total rice acreage will not be expanded in the foreseeable future, nor will rice yields per acre increase appreciably.
那就是说整体上T的大米总产量不会上升其他的不用管。
