我选了E，感觉是不太对，但也说不出所以然。
正解为D，没看懂，求NN指点，

D考虑了尚未被gas替换的oil消费市场-电厂和交通燃油（题目中指的只是heating system已经使用natural gas替换oil），因此如果这些仍然在使用oil的地方的需求增加的话，整体上对于oil进口的要求并不会降低。
