此题应该选A吧。CH说C是否会让顾客上瘾，而公司回答的是C比原来要少，并没有正面回答上瘾这个问题。
D的意思是说CH的argument是关于所有的candy bar的，这个好像并没有什么卵关系。。。个人看法，还请nn指正

D选项翻译过来就是：对待消费者健康倡导者提出的说法(的辩驳)，只针对了单个糖果棒，而没有针对生产商生产的糖果棒整体
言外之意就是，消费者健康倡导者针对的是生产商生产的糖果棒整体，批驳者只针对了单个糖果棒
但文中并没有提及相关信息
