[求助]请教 逆否命题和逆命题的区别？

但我觉得D就是结论的逆否命题，不是说逆否命题就是和原命题是等价的吗，为什么D不是答案？而且陈向东在解释这道题的时候说D是原命题的逆命题，我觉得不是这样的。

请教各位，D究竟是逆否命题还是逆命题？
