Company S produces two kinds of stereos: basic and deluxe. Of the stereos produced by Company S last month, 2/3 were basic and the rest were deluxe. If it takes 7/5as many hours to produce a deluxe stereo as it does to produce a basic stereo, then the number of hours it took to produce the deluxe stereos last month was what fraction of the total number of hours it took to produce all the stereos?

A. 7/17
B. 14/31
C. 7/15
D. 17/35
E. 1/2

If后面那句as。。as我有点不大理解啊。是不是这样的：7/5做D的时间=做B的时间?
as many as不是和什么什么相等吗？
为什么做不出答案？？？
求解释啊。。

应该是A (1/3*7/5)/(2/3+7/5*1/3)=7/17

It woul be A.

It is asking (Time of D)/ (Time of total).

Time of D =1/3*7/5
Total time=1/3*7/5+2/3

注：　 1.　a　only　if　b　　表示a==>b　　
　　　　　2.　a　if　only　b　　表示b==>a
　　　　　3.　2/3　as　many　A　as　B　　是:　A为B的2/3
　　　　　4.　twice　as　many　A　as　B　　是:　A为B的2倍
Don’t know why， but I will just keep them in mind。
twice as many A as B
A是B的两倍，A=2B
和 A is twice as many as B 是一样的意思
