请教大家什么是逻辑(论证)手法题？有什么方法与技巧？能否通过例子解释一下。

1. Mr. Janeck: I don¡¯t believe Stevenson will win the election for governor. Few voters are willing to elect a businessman with no political experience to such a responsible public office.
