一國某行業，要採取high-level standard,公司不幹了，說這樣成本就上升了，在國際市場上競爭力要下降了。。。 然後，是磚家還是政府的站出來說了，說從long-term來看，採取high-level standard是不會虧的，在國際市場上競爭力會上升，問哪個選項可以logisticcomplete這個磚家的話？
一個是說從long-term來看，採取high-level standard帶來的收益會exceed付出的成本。
還有一個選項是說，國外沒幾個公司採取了這個high-level standard （但沒說採取了就肯定怎麼怎麼樣）
