是不是不能反过来说？

C取非，是Any enterprise that does not use controlled experiments and statistical tests is genuine science.不能削弱结论，因为即使不用试验和数据的都是genuine science，也不能说明用的就不是。
结论concern的是what is genuine science，而不是what is not genuine science.

Here a gap is needed to fill in the jump in the stimulus. The gap is just what D says.

Btw, the prompt is asking for a Sufficient Assumption. Negation method can be used for Necessary Assumption questions rather than for Sufficient Assumption ones.
