不明白的点：这个题问上面这个argument的依赖假设是什么。不应该是过去的或者现在的，别的国家没有X污染重，才治理的。
我觉得C是conclusion，或者对未来的推测，不明白为什么可以作为前提假设

题目给出了一个逻辑(也就是不用你去证明可以用的定理)，就是poor-->industrial development--->developed, 其中中间阶段范围是output 在(4000, 5000). 是污染最严重的。之后就会有改进。问题是X到了5000这个点上，预测未来几年会污染减少。需要的假设是超过5000. 那么就是X会持续发展在近几年。
