Teresa: Manned spaceflight does not have a future, since it cannot compete economically with other means of accomplishing the objectives of spaceflight.
Edward: No mode of human transportation has a better record of reliability: two accidents in twenty-five years. Thus manned spaceflight definitely has a positive future.

this is an evaluation question.

Teresa's point is about the economical disadvantage about manned spaceflight. 也就是说，spaceflight花钱太多了，相比于其他飞行方法。

Edward's point is about safety.

Edward didnt address the point that is claimed by Teresa.

C) completely wrong. nothing outweights another. E's and T's point are completely different.
D) Correct. E assumes no impedement, but teresa raised this impedement as costs. E didnt address the issue.
E) the argument is not about priority...

ls也对我的理解是e 他没有说明为什么宇宙活动优先考虑于任何和钱有关的如果把宇宙活动改成安全是不是就对了？因为如果说明了安全比钱重要那么后者的论述就有道理了？我主要觉得d里面所说的impediment 前者并没有说带人飞机贵是一种阻碍并不是阻碍只是没别的便宜的好罢了
