If the standard deviation of the 10 running times is 22.4 seconds, rounded to the nearest tenth of a second, how many of the 10 running times are more than 1 standard deviation below the mean of the 10 running times?

题目抄漏了一个数字，我记得平均值是可以计算出来的是10，但是问的是more than 1 standard deviaion below the mean of the 10 running times, 怎么分析这部分，能解释成小于平均值减去一个标准方差呢？

貌似理解了，是说有多少个running times 是比平均值小（多于一个标准差）的
