先看第一句within the established size limits是accepted for delivery的必要条件，这种句式一定要读书

这道题的关键是掌握必要条件

没有满足within the established size limits，就没有accepted for delivery。

must be true 的意思是，根据原文意思一定是对的，A 重的货物比轻的货物收费多。原文推不出来。b物流公司总是接受在规定规格以内的货物，（错，因为如果没有写退回的地址，它也不收）C既符合规格又有地址，多重都接受（错，文中没提及重量的收费）D（不在规格范围内，但有退回地址，不接受）正确，原文中规定尺寸就是接受的必要条件，如果这个不行，肯定不接受。E没有收钱的货物一定退回去。文中没有信息支持
