PREP上的：

If it took Carlos 1/2 hour to cycle from his house to the library yesterdya, was the distance that he cycled greater than 6 miles? (1 mile = 5,280 feet)
1. The average speed at which Carols cycled from his house to the library yesterday was greater than 16 feet per second.
2. The average speed at which Carols cycled from his house to the library yesterday was less than 18 feet per second.

请问好心NN，为什么是E？。。。我选了D。
数学差，请好心NN帮帮忙

6miles的话，平均速度应该是17.6，那么17.6本来就是介于16和18之间，这两个条件有神马用捏= =

6 mile per 30 minutes = 1 mile per 5 minutes = 5280 ft per 300 seconds = 17.6 ft per second

None of the choices, either alone or in combination, can make certain his average speed is above, equal to, or below that 17.6 magic number.
