真巧我有个同学就是本科毕业后做了citi ibd intern然后转正了，明年上班，也在伦敦也是女生。据说jpm用人比较狠。

CITI的INTERNSHIP是10周的... JPM是12周

You should definitely choose JPM.
JPM is in a better position at the laste league table for 2010 both DCM and ECM. Citi are facing troubles esp. with huge obligation to US government.

btw, I don't think any IB will have an easy job, you get what you deserved for and paid for what you contributed. As fresh graduate, why not stretch yourself for more experience!

I have a friend did intern in JPM HK last summer and got the full time offer too.

哪个钱多去哪个，人再nice也没用，危机一来照样说裁就裁。

我一朋友在citi HK，不是IBD，她说citi是典型的美国大国企风格，做事效率比较低，不过没有那么tough。
