应该是要申请，寄一些材料过去，然后他们开始给办
To ensure accurate and fast processing of your I-20, please submit all necessary International Student documents. If you have not already done so, please print the International Student Data Form and mail it into our office with a copy of your passport, any previous visa documents, a letter of sponsorship (if applicable), and the financial documents.

这是BU回复你的？我收到的package里面就只说交订金呀？财产证明已经寄过去了，不知道还需要哪些international student document?

后来又问了一下elizabeth, 一个international student office的人发邮件过来说要寄这些东西
