求助关于财产证明提交时间的问题

U HOUSTON 申请材料里要求提交一份the Letter of Financial Backing，然后我问秘书可不可以发了AD再寄这个财产证明，秘书回复：We need your application to be complete before we can review the documents. You can submit the Letter of Financial Backing any time before the Fall 2012 deadline which is in April 2012. ，这样的话，是不是不能拖了啊？必须要跟其他材料一起交了，呜呜，一时间不好弄这么多钱啊！谁能给出个主意啊？多谢啊

我今天刚寄的材料，没放财产证明，我也打算过下个月再寄，应该没问题~
