C跟B 一样诶。。。都是无关既然如此就不选个人觉得D肯定不对。。
但是答案却是C。。。为什么呢？

Could be true EXCEPT = Must be false

D is totally false according to the stimulus since twins have identical genetic makeups, but one might have the disease while the other do not.

The other choice are all POSSIBLE.
