问题已经解决了 我发邮件给中国的GMAT的报名网站上的邮件地址,第二天一上班就给我回邮件了 尊敬的考生:
您好,有可能是您在支付时输入错误的信用卡信息超过3次(请注意:billing address中不要出现任何标点符号并且在输入卡号时不要键入“空格”),导致您在MBA的帐户被锁定,请您按照如下要求申请解锁:
In order to prevent credit card fraud, our system will block the card if any information was wrongly entered on MBA.com. To remove the block, our finance team need verify the information including your name, GMAT ID ,card type, card number, card holder name, expiration date and detailed billing address(including State, City, District, Road, Street, Room, etc ) in our record,Especially your problem about the issue. Please send : gmatissue@pearsonvue.com.cn the information at your earliest convenience. If our finance team confirms everything is fine, the block will be removed accordingly. Then you will be able to schedule on MBA.com.
Attention please: the subject of this email should be ‘remove the GMAT block’.
发完解锁邮件后,请您邮件通知我们并提供您的姓名、GMAT ID,以便我们帮您跟踪此事。
