这句话是说，支付的价钱是：老设备最后两年的油费— 新设备最初两年的油费。就是费的钱是你节省的钱。所以E项。换新设备以来油钱稳定上涨，也就是节省的钱不断地少，厂家付的钱少了，对你销售公司不就是个不利么。。。。。

还是没明白。。。支付的钱=旧机器已经付过的2年油费+新机器即将产生的2年油费
换机器后油价上涨，支付的钱变多？

我感觉我晕了。。。能麻烦再解释下吗。。。

对于Hotco 他的plan是不收取机器的费用，只收取新机器和旧机器在油费上的差价因为他觉得他的机子很efficient，相比以前可以节省很多油
但是如果在装了新机器开始油价开始上升，就算在数量上节省了很多，但是相比以前油的总价也不一定会有多少差价，所以就对这种Plan是一种disadvantage
