不理解OG的解题思路，请高人指点

我的理解是分n个学生去m个班级，问n能否被m整除。
1）3n能被m整除
2）13n能被m整除

我选了D,为什么答案是B?

条件1，当m=6, n=14, 3n/m=7, 但是n不能被m整除
