One of the top leading Venture Capital investment funds in North Asia is looking to recruit few Intern Analysts to assist their investment professional team in their Shanghai office.
Job Description:
- Conduct industry research, gather and organize data, develop presentations.
- Financial and industrial analysis, Market analysis
- Work with investment professionals on evaluating investment opportunities, deal structuring, etc.
- Excellent performance may lead to a full time job opportunity in Venture Capital investment

Requirement:
- First-year MBA students, should be top ranking University graduates with relevant major in: Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Statistics
- Excellent command of spoken & written Mandarin & English
- Strong Analytical and presentation skills
- Can work in a full time base at least 3 days a week (could include Sat or Sun)

一直很是疑惑，为什么IB那么青睐于Top Ranking University，这是在中国，一个以高考论英雄的学习体制，也许部分出色的人就是在Second Ranking和Third Ranking的学校里。曾面试过一些所谓top ranking学校的学生，感觉还真的根本不如一些second ranking学校的学生。所谓本土化，是不是也应该包括人员招聘，特别是把人力资源（智慧）作为第一竞争力的行业。
