Q11 is just counting or accounting.

Q33 is asking you to calculate 100% * (100-83.3)/83.3 = 20%

1, 11月到2月，4个月，每个月运入xrank， input：4x;3月到10月，8个月，每次运出1/2xrank, 剩下的input要付storage fee, 每rank0.1
所以，式子是：0.1*（4x-1/2x)+0.1*(4x-1/2X*2)+0.1*（4x-1/2x*3）+.......0.1*(4x-1/2x*8) 简化一下：0.1*(4x*8-(1/2x+1/2x*2+....1/2x*8))小小括号中的是一个等差数列，d=1/2
