相比 "their last scheduled day" 而言，"the last day that they are scheduled" is wordy and somewhat ambiguous...

我看的是有解释版的，现在找不着了，曾经纠结过，所以有点印象，好像说是they的指代出现问题。

are scheduled to collect 主语是 severance packages，但是they 指代 workers 指代出现错误。

manhattan上说E选项，“ the last day that they are scheduled to collect” 去掉修饰成分，主干是the last day to collect，指他们collect的对象是day，违背句子本意。我觉得如果在collect后面加上packages，就没有问题了
