Today’s low gasoline prices make consumers willing to indulge their preference for larger cars, which consume greater amounts of gasoline as fuel. ,C选项说虽然其他国家的automobile 制造商减缓了fuel-efficient 的技术, 但已经开始抢先研究节能技术以应付预计油价上涨的可能,因此,如果美国这种对fuel-efficient 的消极态度会影响它的前途
