题目说明的内容就是已经成立的前提,即数据是正确统计出来的.

我觉得分析这种题关键是找出：
Last Year: 1.2
This Year: 4
=> has a trend to rise up continually
这样一个逻辑的漏洞~~~就是
next year 不会超过 4就行了~~~不用考虑太多~~~（想想美国人其实比我们笨很多~~~）
