看了半天不知道选C能说明什么问题，这道题的题干是不是要说尽管人口调查有没有统计的人，但是最后的统计结果还是精确的。。。请高手指教。。。

对呀 LZ对题的理解是对的

那只有当没有算上的穷人的百分率和没有算上的富人的百分率差不多相等的时候国家的富人和穷人所占的人口比例才算是精确的

所以C

了解。。。但是还有一个问题是看B选项产生的。。楼上刚才说的这个假设是不是应该基于B选项的这个大前提，也就是说所有人都能被分为富人和穷人两部分，也就是说不存在中等情况的人。。如果没有这个前提的话即使穷人和富人的丢失统计百分比差不多但是如果和中等情况的人相差很大是不是也不能保证统计的精确性呢

B太细节化有点钻牛角尖人家题里面都压根就没提到中产阶级你要是考虑中产阶级那就是新概念了

而且ETS的口号是没有最好只有更好
在这一题根据题里面给的条件我们只能推出C
