【求助】两道数学题的问题或选项不理解，多谢啦！

1) “neither…or…”在数学里的用法

看到一道题目，说一群住户里，1/5有电视机，1/10有收音机，有收音机里的住户里1/3有电视机，请问有百分之多少的人“have neither 电视机 nor 收音机”？

请问最后这句话所要问的人数是否包括那些既有电视机又有收音机的人？因为我认为是不包括的，所以选择了11/15，但答案是23/30，显然加上了这部分人。

1)跟你一樣困惑

2) 2n 的因數跟是n的因數兩倍多
ex.
15的因數有 1, 3 ,5 , 15
30的因數有 1, 2 ,3 ,5 ,6,10, 15, 30
恩　這樣你應該就會解了 : )

1. 如果答案是23/30，且答案是正确的，那么你的题目抄错了，应该是"有电视机的住户里1/3有收音机"。如果你的题目没抄错，那么原来的答案是错的，正确的答案应该是 1-(1/5+1/10-1/30)=11/15。

2. 选项二的意思是2n的因子（注意：不是质因子）的数量是n的因子的数量的2倍，那么可以得知，n的因子里不包含2，所以可以得出n是奇数。

原题是那本蓝色的新东方的书《商学院入学考试指导》（上）里面的第164页的203题。原来的英文题目是：In Township K, 1/5 of the housing units are equipped with cable television. If 1/10 of the housing units, including 1/3 of those that are equipped with cable television, are equipped with videocassette recorders, what fraction of the housing units have neither cable television nor videocassette recorders?
我想应该是答案错了。
