Which of the following represents the simplified formula for computing the income tax, in country R's currency, for a person in that country whose annual income is I?
A. 50+I/200
B. 50+3I/100
C. 50+I/40
D. 100+I/50
E. 100+3I/100
我选的E，答案是C，我想问下题目是什么意思啊。。。

是100和I/100的平均数再加上2I/100

题目的意思是说，一个国家的税是这样计算的：在一个平均数上加上收入的2%，这个平均数是什么平均数呢？是该国100个货币单位和收入1%的平均数。这样一来，答案就是2%I+（100+1%I）/2，化简以后得到50+I/40
