答案是D

我选了C。我觉得C说当地的公司很多是提供给tourists的，所以retiree减少也不会影响他们的经济效益。D我就搞不明白了

本题的考点是百分比问题。

即使百分比下降了，但如果总的退休人数上升的话，原文的结论就不成立了。

再看C选项，注意题目的结论就是关于“these businesses“的，所以C属于无关比较。

應該可以這樣理解，如果把all of the people who retired 的人當做A
那麼 the percent is supposed of B% 所以全部
退休並且到FLO的人數應該是A*B
那些企業會受到經濟損失，因為人數少了，
同時人數就是A*B，如果B減少了，但是A變多了的話，A*B不一定變小吧？
所以就削弱了結論。。。
