issue：teaching of science+tech should be more focused in school than teaching of art and humanities.
argument: a company is hiring the same type of employees as it did 8 years ago, but now it's not making as much revenue as it used to, hence the director is blaming HR for not really hiring the same type of people (people with the same skills and motivations)
