这个题目的Assumption 不是“完全竞争的市场，人们认为东西是一样的”，
而是“当市场存在竞争而消费者认为商品相差无几时，古典经济学预测价格会降到最低水平”
前者是一个简单句，后者是一个含条件的复合句；

题目第一句只是告诉我们在一个possible situation下会有什么后果，而这个possible situation 本身不一定发生；也正因如此，要避免价格被压低，生产商要力图避免消费者认为产品都一样这个possibility

一个日常生活中的例子：“当你不努力学习，你的成绩就下降”这句话并不是说你真的不努力学习，而是说在这个possible situation下后果是什么；同理，要避免成绩下降，就要努力学习
