问一道数学题，请问该怎么理解题意？

A hiker walking at a constant rate of 4 miles per hour is passed by a cyclist traveling in the same direction along the same path at a constant rate of 20 miles per hout. The cyclist stops to wait for the hiker 5 minutes after passing her, while the hiker continues to walk at her constant rate. How many minutes must the cyclist wait until the hiker catches up?

麻烦各位牛人指导，这题啥意思？C超过H之后，又走了多长时间才开始等她？在哪个地方等了她5分钟？是问还要等多长时间，还是一共等了多长时间？
摆脱老美把G出题出的严谨一点好不好！！唉，我对不起祖国的教育。

应该是20minutes吧，我的理解是cyclist超过hiker5分钟后停下来等hiker。如果不这样理解的话貌似解不出来。
