第一，in low-skill jobs......but not in others......，in...not in......这个结构就是说weaving是low-skill job,combing or carding 是high-skill job?
答案却是combing or carding is low-skill.
第二，carried out in the home，怎么知道是指weaving还是combing or carding?

You missed the point.

Low-skill jobs include weaving, combing and carding. But women choose weaving among the three since it could be carried out at home.
