答案是E，但我选了C为什么不对？如果canada的conflicts是由于除了没有common language以外的其他原因才生的，那么不就削弱了吗？

C个人认为是个无关选项。。。文章有两个点，一个是long survive，另一个是多种语言，所以C无关
