第一句说原理，事件越显著，人们关注的可能性越高。
事实：报纸排版顺序：local crime 》其他 crime 》其他major
报纸当时是想吸引顾客，应次暗示local crime 最显著。

B: 篇幅大不一定受关注（全是小字，在报纸夹页）！文章是说引起关注是通过显著度。如果地方新闻用大标题或标注显著颜色，一下吸引读者注意。
E: 文章是说显著度影响人们对事件发生几率的判断，推出通过文章位置和标题判断地方犯罪更应该关注。而不是说新闻作为媒体就是只要关注犯罪。

E 选项页没有过于绝对化呀？news medium that focuses people’s attention most strongly on local crimes. 人家并没有说只要关注犯罪，是重点关注犯罪。 B选项我承认很绝对化了。所以再次请教E。

A,A1相似 B,B1相似

题目里面有over啊也就是A1里面有个比较
E其实就是重复emphasize这句话但是没给范围他可以是整个报纸里面都是主要强调local crime
但是题目里面很清楚他只是相对于其他的地方的crime，local重点两者范围不一样啊

1 根本就不是conclusion 只是重复前面的话
2 重复还重复错了
