B：大部分记者都干了10年以上。工作经验丰富，不大需要培训。确定B是否是最终答案，还需要看剩下的选项。

C：在80年代稳定增长后，报纸发行达到了一定数量。与题干无关。

D：不同公司的工会不同。并没有说明工会干什么，因此也不对。

E：除了北美，在欧洲也广泛发行。与题干无关。

综合分析，B相对最好。因为B是与培训关系最紧密的一项~
