因为杂志统计的愿意买房子的人数比例要高，那么削弱他的其中一个假设就是本来杂志统计对象的购买欲就比非杂志统计对象的购买欲高。
就是说，大多数人（非杂志统计对象）的购买欲没有那么高。所以住房需求没那么高。
