这封Offer邮件该怎么回？求助大虾们

收到offer邮件见下：
Thank you again for speaking with us on the phone. I want you to know that we will be extending you an offer, but that it will be a few weeks before you receive it in writing. However, you are at the top of our list of choices and we do hope that you will join us!

这是一家排名不高的小学校，当初是用来保底的，现在还有其他学校的面试机会，以及面试完，还没有给正式的结果的。

求教各位大虾们，这封信的意思是不是我不用急着签offer?该怎么回复这封邮件好呢？

对，你不需要着急决定是否接受offer。
至于你如何回邮件，这并不重要，只要你不拒绝这个offer，其它无论怎么回答，都不会影响学校的决策。比如，你可以这么说：俺也很高兴与你交谈。我对你们学校的program很感兴趣，对学校的关于offer的决定很高兴。谢谢你们的决定。

这么说楼主都已经有三个MARKETING面试了呀？能问一下都是什么学校么？为啥俺申的MARKETING项目大多都还没消息。。。
