这封Offer邮件该怎么回？求助大虾们

恭喜拿到offer！
人家都不着急你着啥急。赫赫。表示一下感谢呗。

收到offer邮件见下：
Thank you again for speaking with us on the phone.  I want you to know that we will be extending you an offer, but that it will be a few weeks before you receive it in writing.  However, you are at the top of our list of choices and we do hope that you will join us!

这是一家排名不高的小学校，当初是用来保底的，现在还有其他学校的面试机会，以及面试完，还没有给正式的结果的。

求教各位大虾们，这封信的意思是不是我不用急着签offer?该怎么回复这封邮件好呢？
