argument: 1) 五年前的市场情况（房市好过股市）不能说明未来五年也是这样的。 2）买房带来的生活质量的提高VS股市收益带来的生活质量的提高 不能做简单类比。有些消费者已经是不需要enjoy the use of the home，但是，投资股市可以满足其他需求，就举例.....所以结论说all the residents都应该去投资房市那是太偏激了。
