小孩不用种，对大人又没用，那么所以不会benefit public health

或者取非，虽然小孩不种，但对种了大人有用，会benefit public health

我尝试说下，还望指点对不对
DAdults do not contract influenza primarily from children who have influenza.

取非，就说，大人若会从小孩感染，那么小孩不用那个药，就不利于public health
其实，小孩是要打那个新药的

E if you delete the "not" you will see the spray is effective for the adult. So the original point is right.

楼主没明白d真正对的原因
孩子中不中都无所谓，孩子得病了长大不得，成人怕得病，长大是没得过病，长大要中疫苗，但你小时得过了长大就不用了扎了~
