prep1赤字利率关系求解！！

1 Conventional wisdom has it that large deficitsin the United Statesbudget cause interest rates to rise.
Twomain arguments are given for this claim.
According to the first, as the deficit increases, the government willborrow more to make up for the ensuing shortage of funds.
Consequently, it is argued, if both the totalsupply of credit (money available for borrowing) and the amount of creditsought by nongovernment borrowers remain relatively stable, as is oftensupposed, then the price of credit (the interest rate) will increase.

财政赤字上升的时候，如果 total supply of credit 与amount of credit sought by nongovernment borowers 保持稳定，the interest会increase 为什麽呢？ nongovernment borrowers是指谁？

Gmat 不是说不考专业知识？不了解金融，这篇文章完全看不懂，4个错了3个，请问实战里会有这么专业的文章吗？

但是这应该也不算专业文章推理条件都给了
以为government的borrow增加了 nongovernment的borrow不变所以total demand增加了
但total supply 不变由供求关系 insterest就increase了

你指的是通货膨胀吧这个interest是指什么interest？还有 non government borrower是不是是类似企业组织？
