是我看题看晕了么，问题问让一个country有竞争能力不是应该选择符合原文的B，也就是standard of living 和balanced trade 负相关的关系？

怎么都想不明白，求助......

这题就是一道标准的Distraction Question。
我给你举一个例子：
公车司机老王今天在第一站接了5个男学生，4个女学生，开了5公里之后3个男学生和两个女学生下车，5个女学生上车，其中一个人没有票，下车借钱去了。开了1站之后1个男学生和1个女学生下车，3个男学生上车。问：司机叫啥名？
