W：for the employers,the energy and new ideas of the younger workers are more important than the experience and wisdom of the older workers;
the NV high school employed the interactive computer instuction,then the dropout rate declined obviously and the graduates have great performance in college,therefore,in the future, the high school should allocate more fund into the purchasing computers for the high school , the schools in the same district should adopt the interactive computer instruction.
