第一道题，我是这么做的。0.8*0.8*0.2，就是说第一天不下雨，第二天也不下雨，第三天下雨的概率。

第二道我也不会，跪求解法~

第二道题，2和3都不是N的因子的话，那么N只能为质数，由此可以得出，N+1,N-1必然可以被2或者3整除，所以此时R为0。

我是根据答案推导出来，可能不正确呀。
