Research Assistant/Associate/Fellow of CEIBS Center forGlobalization of Chinese Companies

·         Report to Center Directorsand all Center faculties

·         Conduct research on Chinese companies’ globalization strategy,under the supervision of Professors

·         Conduct research for other Center faculties if needed

·         Cooperate with colleagues in globalization center to developcases and written materials if needed

·         Assist in center operation, e.g. hold forums, meetings and workshops

·         Daily work includes interview companies, develop presentationmaterials, develop written materials and develop cases

·         Master degree or above

·         Excellent written skill

·         Excellent communication skill and teamwork spirit

·         Fluency in oral and written English

·         Be able to conduct qualitative research (case studies,interviews, content analysis) and basic quantitative research

·         Be proficient in WORD, PowerPoint and Excel

·         Degree in management/ business is preferred

·         Working experience in business and management is highlypreferred

·         Experience in case writing and book writing is highly preferred
