这句话的意思是说,由于在实验室合成Fullerence需要很苛刻的条件,所以,地理学家才可以用这样的一种理论来探讨地球地壳的状态。

因为,地壳可以自然形成F,就说明它满足实验室里那些苛刻的条件,而这些条件正是地壳的状态(如高压,高温之类的)。
