请教JJ里的那个Compared to 能用在句首吗？

Compared to 能用在句首吗？跟 When compared to 和 IF compared to 有啥区别啊？

另外，请教一下那个villages和tribes作比较的话是否对称，下面两种表达，哪个更好：

Compared to A and B tribes, C villages...

Compared to those of A and B tribes, C villages...

放在句首是没问题的
if引导的是条件状语从句，而when引导的是时间状语从句，要翻译成当....时候，和if的意思是不一样的
至于之下的那个嘛。。。。tribes和villages应该是平行的吧（个人意见。。。。。）

另外，总觉得tribes和villages概念好像不对等，但是又说不好。感觉加上those of 也挺别扭的，villages of tribes...怪怪的

我今天看JJ的时候也看到这道题了，看过选项后感觉是非常的纠结（好像确定的选项有4个~）。。。。。
那么好吧，如果非要让我从这4个选项里选，我选compared to those of。。。。

似乎能够说明tribes和villages概念不对等，看来应该选 compared to those of...

主要是感觉if compared to和when compared to太扯了啊~~~

if compared to确实没见过，但是when compared to好像见过，但是也没啥印象了。

不过按照状语从句省略的原则来讲，只要引导词when和if后面跟的不是介词短语或名词短语就没问题。

在这里，其实我觉得在句首的话直接用compared to更简洁，但如果在句中插入就不好说了，有产生歧义的危险，所以我记得见到的when compared to好像是在句中，迷糊……

我的第一题就是Compared to的那道~我没有选JJ里的答案~我选的是Compared to those of xx tribes， P' villages BALABALA~~因为感觉VILLAGES和TRIBES不对等~不知道对不对~

选项大概有 if compared to, when compared to, when they are compared to those of, compared to those of. 纠结半天觉得that肯定是不对，又觉得compare to 不太对，但是每个选项都有…最后选了if compared to

真纠结，呵呵！

一般750，V40, 第一道题应该不会做错的。前10个估计也就错1个。。。

貌似 tribes，villages 不对等？

。。。。。
