与题干矛盾

请教

H的一家宾馆比S的一家宾馆人数多”

原文说这两个信息都是正确的，如果RA是S唯一的宾馆，

那么第一个叙述“S比H的总旅客量多”就不正确了丫，是否与原文“these souraces are accurate”相矛盾了呢？

对问题可否理解为：“如果这些信息都是正确的，然而，这个县的旅游报告一定是在错误指示——————把H镇的hotel 的一些旅游者人数与S镇的RA一家hotel 比较，结果少，所以推出H的旅客少于S的”

所以我选择E，为什么错呢？

题目中给出的是：

城市S：S hotel 的游客比城市H hotel 的游客多

brochure：在H最大的hotel的游客比S城市中R hotel的游客多

根据B所说的内容可以推出游客数S=R，既然H城市最大hotel的游客数都大于S城市的游客数，那么题目中给出的第一句话S>H就不成立了，我是这么理解的
